I did not receive the access code that I purchased online. Where can I find it?

We no longer issue Access Code for online purchases. Once you have completed your payment, you should receive a confirmation email of the transaction and your account gets full access. If your account is still in Trial Mode after payment completion, ensure that your payment went through by checking for the payment confirmation email or your cards transaction record.  

If you are still having difficulty gaining Full Access upon payment completion, forward to us at support@vretta.com the payment confirmation email that you have received or any other proof of the transaction. .
